The halls of Metro United Way are littered with passionate people trying to make a difference in our community, among them is Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Trent Findley.

Trent was born and raised in Louisville and his love for the city has only grown over the years. Trent started with Metro United Way six months ago as Manager of Corporate Development, in 2020 he became the new Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and hopes to lead MUW’s equity work to new heights.
