Eighteen months ago, we launched United Community, building a system to connect our community like never before ensuring we care for our most vulnerable residents in a compassionate and efficient way. Little did we know we were building a foundation that would soon be tested. As we look ahead to the new year–and new challenges, we want to look back at what we’ve accomplished and how we can improve.
